Wisconsin raised Wagyu beef! We pasture raise Akaushi Beef, one of the 3 ''Emporer's Breed'' of beef originating in Japan. We are a 5th generation family operation in southwestern Wisconsin. This beef is known for it's tender cuts, amazing flavor and heart healthy. Some of our most sought after cuts are the flat iron steaks, brisket and tri tip because they are so tender and flavorful.
