About Us
At B&E's Trees we craft pure, organic maple syrup on our small off-grid Wisconsin farm. Through collaboration with Central Waters Brewing Co. we age our syrup in Bourbon Barrels, imparting smoky vanilla tones. The barrels then return to Central Waters to age their Maple Barrel Stout!
Our syrup is available online, at small, local shops and co-ops, and at festivals and events throughout the region. Check out our website and facebook for more!
