Fika Spice LLC is a family-run Wisconsin business founded by John and Holly Ellenson in Shell Lake, inspired by the Scandinavian tradition of fika—a daily pause for coffee, connection, and balance. What began as a simple way to make morning coffee more enjoyable evolved into a carefully crafted blend designed to bring warmth, flavor, and intention into everyday routines.

Each small batch is made with high-quality spices sourced from around the world, including Ceylon cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla bean, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, cardamom, cayenne, and clove. Together, these ingredients create a smooth, layered flavor that complements both hot and cold drinks as well as a wide variety of foods.
