Something Special from Wisconsin™ (SSfW) is a trademarked marketing initiative administered by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Any size business, no matter how large or how small, can apply to join and use the logo if at least 50% of their product or service's value comes from Wisconsin-through ingredients, production, or processing activities. Registration fees are based on the applicant's total gross sales from the previous year. The program's signature red-and-yellow logo helps products stand out by signaling authentic Wisconsin origin, quality, and value. Consumers recognize the mark in grocery stores, retail shops, farmers' markets, restaurants and more across the state. Whether a business sells locally or internationally, the SSfW logo strengthens brand identity and leverages Wisconsin's reputation for excellence.
