About Us

WisConian Delectables makes hand-crafted gourmet chips - EZPZ it's just slice and spice flash fried tortilla shells into melt-in-your-mouth one of a kind delicious (oops, make that DELECTABLE) snacks in approximately 70 flavor choices!

We've received 3 first place international awards and have 8 other placements. Chips come sweet, spicy, savory, garlicy and just plain amazing!

Since Covid we've had to downsize from 800 bags a week to 288 a MONTH! In their place we've added cheese from various WI dairies, wild rice from another WI facility and Amish jarred goods from the midwest.

In an ideal world there's another entrepreneur looking to expand our business!
