About Us

Ugly Apple Cafe focuses on buying local overstock and seconds from local farmers and making those into delicious products. These include jams, jellies, baked goods and Apple Straps, an all natural fruit leather made from apples grown in local orchards that are seconds.

Apple Straps: There are a variety of flavors including Concord Grape, Cranberry Ginger, Raspberry Flax seed, Chia Seed and Spice, and Pure Apple. There is no sugar or other additives, just the fruits dried down into a fruit leather that is a great snack for on the go or in a bagged lunch.

Jams and Jellies: These small batch artisan products are only made when there are seconds or overstock available so each batch is slightly different depending on the season. Each also is a unique flavor combination that brings something a little unexpected. All with limited ingredients to bring out the natural flavors of the fruits in Southwestern Wisconsin.
