About Us
The Sheep Dairy Association of Wisconsin (SDAW) serves sheep dairy producers, cheese makers, and consumers with resources in education, support, networking, products, and more! By assisting with improvements in the sheep dairy industry, improving efficiencies in production and processing, and promoting cooperation among producers, we help foster understanding, conversation, and resources throughout the greater Wisconsin area and beyond.
Sheep milk cheese, mixed milk cheeses including sheep milk, bulk sheep milk (for sale to processors), ewes, ewe lambs, meat lambs, on-farm events, rams, ram lambs, retail shop sales of sheep milk lotions and soaps, etc.
