About Us
Artisan pasties based on the pasty tradition from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We offer a variety of pasty fillings from traditional beef with carrots, onion, potato and rutabaga to more unique combinations using Bratwurst or Italian sausage.
In addition to our line of artisan pasties we have launched a line of calzones under the name Casa Ranieri Calzones. This line of calzones follow our dedication to fresh ingredients and great flavor.
