We are a 3rd and 4th generation family farm outside of Brodhead, WI. We raise 100% grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, and pastured pork and poultry. In addition we source and sell Alaskan salmon, Wisconsin cheese, and other local seasonal items. All of our meat is raised right here on our land or by nearby farms we know and trust. We never use antibiotics, steroids, homones or mRNA vaccines on the animals we process. All products are nitrate/nitrite free and MSG free.


We believe healthy animals and fantastic meats come from the ground up. We focus first on diverse pastures. Our regenerative practices create healthy animals, diverse wildlife habitat, increased soil health, carbon sequestation, water retention, and nutritious, delicious meat for you and your family.
