About Us

Prairie Junction Farms is so excited to be a part of Something Special from Wisconsin! We are a small farm turned small business from East Troy, Wisco. We make small batch, quality ingredient toffee using many ingredients from the great state of Wisconsin. Not only are we using Wisconsin butter, but we also use Driftless Glen Distillery (Baraboo, Wisco) Bourbon and Rye Whiskey to make our Bourbon Toffee and Toffee in the Rye. We also partnered with Sprecher (Milwaukee) to make the first ever Root Beer Toffee. What more Wisconsin can we get? How about a Brandy Old Fashioned Toffee using Drink Wisconsinbly Brandy (Milwaukee) and Rustic Oak Cocktail Mix (Milwaukee)!
