I'm a woman owned Wisconsin business doing my best to support other Wisconsin businesses.
Persephone's is a refreshment food truck, specializing in soft serve made with premium ingredients including Sassy Cow Creamery Dairy. We make sundaes, milkshakes and Sprecher's floats. We serve select Bubbl'r sparkling waters, hot Door County Coffees, cocoas and teas. We can also provide food when requested for events. We do our best to support Wisconsin here as well, serving Jone's Dairy Farm, Hoesly's precooked brats, Fraboni's marinara sauce, Weyauwega Cheeses, and Westby Cooperative Creamery to name a few. I am researching more Wisconsin businesses/products to feature on my truck.
