We are a small vat artisan cheese maker. We have a wide variety of cheeses. Our core line is our Golden Age cheese line.

We feature Abergele Varieties
Traditional Abergele: A buttery and fruity cheese with a hint of spice. Perfect for snacking or melting on sandwiches.  
Cranberry & Orange Abergele: A tangy and sweet cheese with a burst of cranberry and orange flavor. Great for charcuterie boards or as a dessert cheese.  
Portabella & Chive Abergele: A savory cheese with a rich, earthy flavor from the portabella mushrooms and a subtle hint of onion and chive. Pairs well with crackers and wine.  
Other Cheeses:
Aged Gloucester: A firm, crumbly cheese with a complex, nutty flavor. Perfect for grating or crumbling over salads and pasta.  
Merlot Cheddar: A smooth and creamy cheddar cheese infused with the rich flavor of Merlot wine. Ideal for cheese platters or grilled cheese sandwiches.  
Caerphilly: A mild, creamy cheese with a slightly tangy flavor. Great for sandwiches, salads, or as a snack.
Kidwelly: A soft, washed-rind cheese with a pungent aroma and a creamy, buttery texture. Pairs well with fruit and nuts.
