About Us

We specialize in pastured Tamworth pork, nicknamed the bacon pig. When we heard Prince Charles was raising this breed, we had to find out for ourselves what made them so special. We also raise beef and sell neighbors maple syrup and goat milk soap at venues that we attend. Located in Fremont. Also obtained a meat distributor license so we can sell to restaurants. Beef has been grain free for over a year— instead we have been feeding them barley fodder—week old barley sprouts, roots and all. A very nutritious substance and easier to digest than grain.

We sell butcher hogs, feeder pigs, breeding stock, and show pigs , all purebred Tamworth pigs. Also sell individual cuts including a delicious lineup of brats, breakfast links and snack sticks.as well as beef roasts and steaks. Also our processing in done in state. We also use Wisconsin spice companies for the brats and sausages!
