About Us

We are a 100% organic coffee roasting company started in January of 2018. we are located outside of Whitewater, WI near the nice, albeit small, Bowers Lake.

Currently, there are Five of us (Family owned) involved in this roasting organic coffee business with one Master Roaster, Dave 'Papa' Jones, who has been roasting his own coffee for the last 20 years. We are veteran owned and operated meaning that 3 of us are Veterans (2 Army and 1 Navy) and the other 2 are veteran wives. In our opinion, the veteran wives are just as important to the military and are truly under appreciated.

We only sell freshly roasted 100% organic coffee that is roasted using a hot air process. This eliminates the hydrogen sulfide that is infused into coffees using a gas roasting process. The final result is organic coffee that is fresher, safer, and better tasting (no bitter aftertaste - even in our decafs).
