About Us
We are a small commercial kitchen in Boyceville, WI. In addition to producing our unique, gourmet compound butters made with Wisconsin non-GMO butter, we offer our kitchen available to rent to those who want to produce products, but do not have the means to legally do it.
We also wholesale several flavors of savory hand pies to local micro-breweries.
Our flagship products are two compound butter flavors. Cafe de Paris Steak Butter and Bourgogne Garlic Herb Butter. We sell to small retail gourmet shops, premium meat/butcher markets, and supper clubs in western WI and hope to move out of our area over to the east side of the state in 2026. Available at Lunds & Byerlys in the Twin Cities in January 2026.
