Small farmer producing forest mushrooms for the culinary market. These forest mushrooms are grown on wood substrate - logs or chips that are grown in a sustainable manner on property located in Sawyer County, WI, along the beautiful Brunet River. The wood substrate is inoculated with mushroom mycelium, incubated, and harvested on the same property. Mushrooms grown include various varieties of shiitake, various varieties of oyster, winecaps, and am playing around with lion's mane as well. 100% Wisconsin grown product. Property is certified under the American Tree Farm System and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. We also grow a variety of greens including Arugula, Kale, and Fennel. We plan on attending the Hayward, Park Falls and Ladysmith farmers markets regularly this summer. Check out our Facebook page as to where we'll be and what products we have available.
