Barracks BBQ, LLC is a veteran-owned Wisconsin company founded by two Army brothers with a mission to bring bold, memorable flavor to backyard BBQ. Based in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, Barracks BBQ produces a lineup of Wisconsin-made BBQ sauces and seasonings crafted for smoked and grilled meats. Our products include Smokin’ Soldier smoky BBQ sauce, Blazin’ Battle spicy BBQ sauce, Mustard Gas Carolina-style mustard BBQ sauce, and Rub & Tug all-purpose dry rub. In 2026, Smokin’ Soldier placed Top 25 in Mild and Blazin’ Battle placed Top 15 in Hot at the American Royal World Series of Barbecue Sauce Contest. Barracks BBQ products are sold online and through a growing network of Wisconsin retailers, restaurants, and community events.
