Bork! Bork! Bork! Swedish Lager / Dovetail Brewery Collab Release Party

Last year we made an awesome Swedish-style lager with our friends from Dovetail Brewery in Chicago. We loved it so much that we’re running it back. And a beer with this pedigree needs needs a release party! Saturday, November 7th, we’re releasing “Bork! Bork! Bork!” a Swedish-style lager made in collaboration with Dovetail Brewery. This lager style has roots in German brewing but is slightly sweeter and more full-bodied than German pilsners and with a slightly lower hopping rate. We think it’s perfect for the Wisconsin palate! To help celebrate, we’re also hosting these fun features: -- Swedish meatball plates -- IKEA furniture assembly competition -- Special guest taps from Dovetail Brewery -- Swedish Candy Fish Cocktail. The fun and games start at noon.
