Barre Instructor Training

Once certified, instructors will be able to teach Barre and Cardio Barre classes! This training is open to everyone - barre enthusiasts, fitness instructors, or anyone hoping to deepen and enrich their practice and teaching skills. What is DFly Barre? DFly Barre combines pilates, ballet inspired movements, a neutral spine, and small isometric movements to create a low impact, high intensity full body workout that will strengthen your body and mind. We emphasize form in every class in order to achieve the maximum physical and mental benefits for every client. Our core Barre class (Barre45) is a low impact, high intensity workout utilizing small, isometric movements to build strength and challenge your body. Our Cardio Barre class adds cardio bursts or High Intensity Interval Training to our barre class to elevate your heart rate, build muscle, and increase your metabolism. The Training: DATE: 2 Day training - Saturday March 11th, and Sunday, March 12th, 2023 TIME: 8am-4pm each day LOCATION: Dragonfly Hot Yoga Middleton - Mild Studio WHAT TO BRING: mat, towel, water, lunch or $ for lunch, pen/pencil COST: $599 if paid by February 25th, $749 after Includes: - 2 day training - Training manual - Certificate of Completion - Modifications for all fitness levels, including pre and postnatal Completing the DFly Barre training will enable you to teach both forms of barre and cardio barre. You will learn how to perform and cue a variety of exercises, how to structure and sequence a class, and how to teach a class with a variety of fitness levels. You will have the tools you need to teach barre with confidence, knowledge, and strength! Must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
