Tea 101
Where do you start? At the beginning. Are you interested in learning more about tea? Do you not know much about tea and do not even know what questions to ask? Then Tea 101: Learn the basics of tea and instructor Jennifer Nowicki is just the right class for you. She is Wisconsin's only certified tea specialist since 2009. She has taught classes at Froedtert Medical College, St Norbert's College, Girl Scout Leadership Conference, Brown County Library, Appleton Library, 9th Street Wellness, and Community Education in Plymouth. This class will be an hour and will define tea, different tea types, best water, best temperature, steeping time, etc....
