A Cèilidh (pronounced KAY-lee) is a traditional Scottish social gathering full of lively music, dancing, and fun—think of it like a wedding reception without the formalities! You don’t need to be Scottish or know the steps ahead of time—just wear some plaid, bring your energy, and be ready to laugh. The dances are easy to learn, and everyone joins in, whether you’re an expert or have never danced a day in your life. Expect traditional Scottish tunes, group dances (often with a caller guiding the steps), and a welcoming, party-like atmosphere. It’s all about community, connection, and having a great time—no kilts or experience required. The night runs from 7–10pm, with music, dancing, and plenty of good cheer (and maybe a dram or two of whisky). So if you're up for a night of movement, music, and memorable shenanigans—this Cèilidh is calling your name!
