You've done the face masks. You've taken the bath. You deserve some self-care, and learning MORE ways to to de-stress will be a huge benefit to your mind and body on your self-care journey. February can be a difficult month for many in Wisconsin, and may be especially challenging for college students. Prolonged and consistent exposure to stress can have significant impacts on your physical and emotional wellness. Join Jenny Worley, Licensed professional counselor and certified yoga instructor, along with Stephanie Scholze, for a 90 minute session dedicated to growing your de-stressing toolkit. Coping with stress is an inside out and outside in effort. Let's address both together in this workshop and slow flow dedicated to you. We will start the workshop with 45 minutes of discussion on specific things you can do to de-stress your body and move through life with greater ease even during hard times. We will end with a 45 minute slow flow designed to calm the nervous system and relieve stress. Where: Downtown Studio Cost: $30 (monthly members enjoy 10% off)
